copies of the plan of the proposed constn.with the signature of the owner
and licensed Surveyor Encumbrance
- Certificate Taken for 15 years (or)
from the date of document executed

- In case of plots located in extended area and the improvement charges as
applicable.
- Open space reservation charges as applicable.
